Your main POC when you get started with Aelieve is your Marketing Visionary. After your discovery meeting, you will be matched with your Marketing Visionary and they will be your trusted advisor and will be there for you every step of the way.

You’ll receive everything you need to move forward with production. Your designs will be uploaded to a shared folder where you will receive the correct formats based on your project needs. Typically this means a production-ready Adobe Illustrator file, Adobe Photoshop file, PDF, or EPS file.

You’ll also receive legal copyright, so you can rest-assured that the design is yours.

Anything! We’ve done everything from boxes to bags, tubes, bottles and more.

Depending on your initial proposal, you may receive multiple designs. You may also choose to work on a retainer so you can receive unlimited ad designs.

If you are halfway through your project and decide you would like to add on more designs, we can happily do so by drawing up a quick estimate and sending it over for approval and then continue on designing.

Absolutely, if you have any specific images (logo or product photos) that you want included, please submit them to your shared folder with our team.

Unless you request otherwise, your designer may use stock images (purchased from a third party/partner of ours).

You’ll need to upload your logo and provide us with any set of dimensions your project might require. Think about what information you want to go on your package and if you don’t already know, we can certainly help with that as well.

The more information you can give to our designers, the better they can portray your vision. However, our designers are well versed in the current design trends and are happy to bring their own ideas to the table based on what they believe would look best for your brand.

Our designers agree to upload only original artwork, so each designer owns the rights to their design submissions until you choose your contest’s winner. During the design handover stage, the designer agrees to transfer the rights, and you become the owner of the copyright of your winning package design.

We guarantee that you’ll get a design that you love at any price level, but our higher-priced packages give you more design options and hours.
