We first wrote these “9 things” when Aelieve was just a year old. From time to time we revisit this list to see if it still holds true. We hope it does—and you can hold us to that.

We are never done learning and always seek to improve ourselves. We are curious about new possibilities and act to explore them.
We listen attentively, speak candidly, and treat others respectfully. We are vocally self-critical, even when doing so is awkward or embarrassing. We do not believe their team’s body odor smells of perfume. We benchmark ourselves and their teams against the best.
