Our hiring process

01
The Questionnaire

You’ve probably googled us a few times, and by now, we’ve definitely viewed your LinkedIn profile, so it’s time we learn a little bit more about you.   Should you be qualified, a recruiter will send you a standard questionnaire to fill out.

02
Submit A Video Intro

If we feel like we’d be interested in getting to know you a little better, you may be asked to submit an on-demand video interview to your recruiter to review.

03
Applicant Review

Provided you meet the requirements and seem to fit into our company culture, a recruiter will reach out to schedule an in-person interview.  If you live out-of-state, a virtual interview will be scheduled instead.

04
Interview Time

Whether it be in person, or virtual, we will have a chat about the role, the company, yourself and anything else you would like to know about Aelieve. This is a good opportunity for you to see if we are a good fit for you as well.

05
Next Steps

One of our hiring managers will reach out to you after your interview regarding the next steps for joining the Aelieve team, and hopefully, we’ll be seeing you in the office very soon!

06
Your First Day

If everything goes as planned, you will be given a start date to come into the office for the first day! On this day you will be onboarded by our lovely HR representative and start acclimating to the team!

Frequently asked questions

Does Aelieve ask brainteasers in job interviews?

Nope.  Data shows that brainteaser questions don’t predict how well someone would do on the job so we no longer ask them.  Instead, we do work sample tests and ask structured interview questions.

How can I refine my search if I'm a Veteran?

Transitioning military personnel can find relevant jobs on our careers site using their Military Occupational Specialty code (MOS code) to search.

What if I need accommodations for my interview?

No problem!  We have a team dedicated to making sure you have the accommodations you need to interview.  If you need for us to arrange an ASL interpreter, if you’d like your service animal with you, if you need your hotel to be wheelchair accessible, or if you have something else in mind, just ask your recruiter to connect you to the interview accommodations team.  From there, you can confidentially discuss your accommodation options with a trained specialist.

Will you let me know when a job has been filled?

If you haven’t heard from us in two months about an application, we likely proceeded with other candidates for that particular role.  However, our recruiters might reach out if we find a different potential match for your skills, interests, and experience.

Will recruiters come to my University?

We plan to host outreach events at universities all over the world in the near future to spread the word about our internships and opportunities for recent graduates.  For the time being, not yet, no.

Can I apply for multiple jobs?

Yes, you can apply for more than one role at once, though we recommend narrowing your choices down to a few jobs that truly match your skills, experience, and interests.  We’ll review your resume/CV—and transcript for interns and new graduates—to determine the best fit.
